Byron Schenkman & Friends is excited to announce a new member of our team. Please help us welcome Etta Lilienthal, who started in July as our Marketing & Operations Assistant.

Etta is an accomplished creative director, designer, and artist. Her work has been seen across the United States in conjunction with Olson Kundig Architects, Degenerate Art Ensemble, Diavolo, Maureen Whiting Co. and Mark Haim. Locally, her collaborative installation work has been shown at Mithun, Suyama Space, the Frye Art Museum, and at the Westlake Fountain. She currently serves as a board member for Base Performance Space, a nonprofit organization dedicated to elevating risk and invention in dance, performance and multidisciplinary art.

“I’m enjoying getting to know Etta and getting to work together,” says Byron Schenkman. “She brings great experience, really positive energy, and a lot of focus to this work. I love how our community is growing and Etta is a wonderful addition to it!” Margy Crosby adds, “Etta brings wide ranging experience and skills to BS&F. She continues to surprise me with her knowledge and insights.”

On joining the BS&F family, Etta says, “I’m so pleased to be introduced into Seattle’s music community through the creative, collaborative work of Byron Schenkman & Friends. It is my hope to bring the light of their music to audiences world-wide.”

We hope you will share in our excitement as she joins the team and welcome her to our community!
