Sound Salon Presents “Temple de la Gloire”
Sound Salon presents “Temple de la Gloire,” a compelling program of French Baroque music guest curated by Guillermo Salas-Suárez. Audiences can look forward to a splendid concert featuring works for violin, flute, viola da gamba, and harpsichord. The program highlights celebrated French composers of the era, including François Couperin, Jean-Philippe Rameau, Jean-Marie Leclair, and Élisabeth Jacquet de la Guerre. This concert will take place on Sunday, April 19, at 3:00 PM at Washington Hall in Seattle.
Sound Salon Presents Mozart & More
In a toast to Mozart’s birthday, Sound Salon presents “Mozart & More,” a celebration of Viennese gems and hidden masterpieces. This much-anticipated chamber music program features works for violin, cello, piano, and piano four-hands, highlighting the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart alongside brilliant works by his contemporaries—including Joseph Bologne and Josepha Auernhammer. The concert series will take place on Saturday, February 7, in Seattle and Sunday, February 8, in Tacoma.
